Autism Consultant Services:

  1.   Observe students in classroom setting in order to consult with staff concerning:
      1. behavior modification techniques/ideas
      2. appropriate IEP goals/objectives
      3. sensory needs
      4. social needs
      5. visual supports
      6. other services/needs to best meet students goals
  2.   Further educate Staff Through:
      1. Workshops/ Inservices
      2. literature
      3. handouts on specific areas of need/interest
  3.  Attend IEP meetings
      1. facilitate with parents
      2. give ideas/suggestions
  4.   Consult Staff regarding diagnostic concerns
