The Office of Special Education Programs(OSEP), U.S. Department of Education, is pleased to offer sets of training overheads on the IDEA regulations.
Training Overheads
These overheads were designed and used by OSEP in the regional trainings that Department of Education staff conducted on the regulations shortly after their release in March 1999.Additional Training Overheads
OSEP has added two new sets of training overheads on the IDEA regulations. The first set addresses the use of "Native Language" and "Limited English Proficiency" in Part B regulations. The second set addresses the use of "Transportation" in Part B.Overheads on OSEP's Correspondence
These overheads highlight OSEP's responses to selected letters from individuals and organizations asking for clarification on the IDEA.

There are approximately 400 overheads. The overheads are organized by subpart and topic. Specific overheads are identified in the Information by Topic section of this CD.
